OAK CITY TOWN BOARD PUBLIC HEARING & REGULAR MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Board will hold a Public Hearing along with its regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting on Thursday, September 18, 2025 beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Oak City Town Hall Conference Room.
The Public Hearing will begin with an invocation and public comment will then be taken on the proposed amendment to the Oak City Town Zoning Map, Ordinance 2025-02. This Hearing will begin at 7:30 pm; after which, the Regular Town Board Meeting will begin.
The following agenda items will be considered at the Regular Meeting:
A. Adopt Agenda.
B. Adopt Minutes of Town Board Truth-In-Taxation Meeting held Thursday, August 14, 2025.
C. Adopt Minutes of Town Board Regular Meeting held Thursday, August 21, 2025.
D. Approve and Adopt Resolution 2025-06, A Resolution to Cancel Oak City Town's 2025 Municipal General Election.
E. Discuss and possibly adopt the proposed Ordinance 2025-02, Amendment to the Oak City Town Zoning Map.
F. Discuss Options for Electronic Meter Reading for Town Utilities.
G. Public Comment.
H. Monthly Financial Report.
I. Departmental Reports.
J. Miscellaneous.
K. Adjournment.
