PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church St., Eureka, UT 84628.

(I) Review & Discuss Draft of General Plan Update.
C. Review of New Building Permits:
(I) Cory Wall - Carport (286 W. Leadville Row).
(II) Cory Wall - Natural Gas & Electrical (28 N. Shriver Street).
D. Discussion on ADU's.
E. Follow-up on previous Building Permits.
