Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, UT 84628 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church St., Eureka, UT 84628. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated, or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. Welcome/Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Reading/Approval of the Minutes. 4. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees 5. Discussion/Action Items: A. Discuss Land Use Ordinances. (I) Rezoning Property. (II) Review Subdivision Application Needs. B. Discuss General Plan. (I) Review & Discuss Draft of General Plan Update. C. Review of New Building Permits: (I) Cory Wall - Carport (286 W. Leadville Row). (II) Cory Wall - Natural Gas & Electrical (28 N. Shriver Street). D. Discussion on ADU's. E. Follow-up on previous Building Permits. 6. Training 7. Other Business. 8. Adjournment.
