NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OF THE
CITY OF HOLLADAY LOCAL BUILDING AUTHORITY

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Local Building Authority (LBA) will hold a meeting on Thursday, September 18, 2025 as close to 6:30 pm or as soon thereafter as possible. NOTE: State Law requires that the City Council members constitute the Local Building Authority.
All documents that are available to the LBA are also available on the City's website or are linked in this agenda. Interested parties are encouraged to watch the Live video stream of the meeting -

3. Consideration of LBA 2025-01 Adopting Bylaws for the Local Building Authority of the City of Holladay UT; Confirming the Election of Officers and Authorizing other Action on Behalf of the Authority
4. Consideration of LBA 2025-02- Statement Resolution
'Reading of a Statement: 'The Local Building Authority of the City of Holladay, Utah hereby intends to issue a lease revenue bond. The purpose of said bond is to provide funds to (a) finance all or a portion of the costs of (i) the acquisition and construction of a park and recreation facility and all related improvements, (ii) the renovation, retrofit and improvements of a city hall, including seismic upgrades and related improvements and (iii) the improvement of other city facilities, including parks and roadways and related improvements (collectively, the 'Series 2025 Project'); (b) fund any required debt service reserve fund; and (c) pay costs associated with the issuance of the Bonds. The estimated amount of the bond is $11,500,000.''
5. Consideration of LBA 2025-03 Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of Not More than $11,500,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of Lease Revenue Bonds; and Related Matters
