PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Garland City Council on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 7:00 pm or thereafter. The meeting will be held at the Garland City Offices at 72 North Main Street, Garland, Utah.
1) Consideration and possible action on the request for a rezoning of the property located at 657 West Factory Street (parcel no. 06-064-0053) from the AG (Agricultural) zoning district to the RM-12 (Residential Multiple) zoning district.
2) Consideration and possible action on the City's updated Annexation Policy.
