Bear River Water Conservancy District
Proposed Tiered Rate Structure for South Willard Water System
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Bear River Water Conservancy District (the 'District') intends to adopt a tiered rate structure for the South Willard Water System, effective October 1, 2025.
A public hearing will be held to receive input on this proposed change:

102 West Forest Street, Brigham City, Utah 84302
On December 11, 2025, the District adopted a retail and wholesale water rate schedule that includes a 3% annual increase over the next five years. This schedule also introduced a tiered rate structure for all District-operated water systems, except South Willard. The District now proposes to align the South Willard Water System with the other systems by implementing the same tiered rate structure.
All persons present at the public hearing will be given an opportunity to be heard.
