NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bear River Water Conservancy District (BRWCD) will hold a Public Hearing to consider proposed adjustments to the water meter and installation fees. The hearing will take place during the regularly scheduled meeting of the BRWCD Board of Trustees on:

The proposed fee adjustments are intended to reflect current material and labor costs, ensure continued reliability of water system infrastructure, and support sustainable service delivery.
Supporting documentation, including the proposed fee schedule and cost analysis, is available for public review at the BRWCD office and on the District's website at brwcdutah.gov.
All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and provide comments.
