NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN PUBLIC OF TRENTON TOWN THE TRENTON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Planning and Zoning Commission and to the general public that the Trenton Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Meeting on Tuesday September 16, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting Called to Order Chairperson Downs 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes August 26, 2025 Comments will be taken from the public. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes. 1. Lot Split application- Jodi May 2. Zoning Clearance application- Jodi May 3. Discussion with property owner regarding Zoning Clearance at 214 West Main and potential violations 4. Continuation of discussion regarding lot size and giving certain privileges to non-complying lots 5. Internal Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance 6. Subdivision update discussion Commissioners may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Commission. No action can be taken on these items. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Planning and Zoning Commission may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
