- PUBLIC NOTICE We are pleased to issue this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals for Snowville, Utah, and the provision of AEMS. Snowville Town issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) to invite Qualified vendors to submit proposals for AEMS Services. You are invited to submit a proposal to the Town of Snowville in response to the attached (RFP) for AEMS Services.
