- The Mt. Pleasant City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on September 16, 2025 at 12:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the Mt. Pleasant City Council Room, 115 West Main, and Mt. Pleasant, Utah. The agenda is as follows: Item Responsible Person 1. Welcome Chairman 2. Roll Call Secretary 3. Approval of Minutes Chairman 4. Public Hearing - Proposed rezone of Block 92 - Area: State Street to 100 East, and 400 North to 500 North - Proposal:Rezone to Modified Commercial 5. Consideration of Rezone - Discussion and possible action to forward a recommendation to the City Council regarding the proposed rezone from the public hearing. 6. Public Participation (limit 3 minutes per person) Chairman 7. Adjourn Chairman
