AMENDING THE MILLARD COUNTY CODE
TABLE OF USES AND USE DEFINITIONS
FOR THE SHERWOOD SHORES ZONING DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Millard County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at the Millard County Courthouse, Commission Chambers, 50 South Main, Fillmore, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on Application #Z-2025-005 proposing to amend Millard County Code Title 10 Chapter 25 (The Table of Uses and Use Definitions) to change the following to Non-Permitted Uses within the Sherwood Shores (SS) Zoning District:
1. Agricultural Building
2. Agricultural Use
3. Convenience Store
4. Dwelling, Mobile home
5. Educational Facility
6. Seasonal Use
7. Temporary Construction Office
8. Vehicle and Equipment Rental or Sale, New or Used
All interested persons are invited to attend and make comment. A copy of the application for the proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment is available for review by contacting the Millard County Planner Adam Richins at the above address in Delta or by calling 1-435-864-1406. Written comments may be submitted to the Millard County Planner.
