- TOWN OF LEEDS NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLANS AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSES IN THE TOWN OF LEEDS, UTAH The Town of Leeds ('Leeds'), a municipal corporation of the State of Utah, located in Washington County, intends to amend the impact fee facilities plans for Park, Public Safety, and Transportation. Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Sections 11- 36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that Leeds will begin and prepare an amendment to the Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis plans and analyses. The geographical area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is the entire incorporated limits of Leeds. Please direct any questions and comments to: Cari Bishop, Town Clerk.
