NOTICE: The 2025 General Election Canvasses will be held at the following: - Delta City Council Chambers 76 N 200 W Delta, Utah o Wednesday, November 12, 2025 @ 6:00 p.m. - Fillmore City Council Chambers 75 W Center St. Fillmore, Utah o Tuesday, November 18, 2025 @ 6:30 p.m. - Hinckley Town Council Chambers 161 E 300 N Hinckley, Utah o Thursday, November 13, 2025 @ 7:00 p.m. - Kanosh Town Council Chambers 55 North Main Kanosh Utah o Wednesday, November 12, 2025 @ 7:00 p.m. All are open to the public. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

THE PUBLIC IS ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY MEETINGS. Furthermore, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Delta will make reasonable accommodations for those needing assistance to participate in our meetings. Requests for meeting assistance can be made by e-mailing the Delta City Recorder, swestbrook@delta.utah.gov or calling 435-864-2759 at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

The City Council may conduct an Electronic Meeting so that a member of the Public Body may participate, pursuant to UCA §52-4-207, (1953), as amended.

Be advised the City Council may commence a Closed Meeting, pursuant to Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Section 52-4-204 and Section 52-4-205, (1953), as amended. Agenda items are considered flexible and may be conducted sequentially different than listed. Individuals and entities that have business before the City Council should be present at meeting commencement.
