PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD LEGAL NOTICE 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, UT 84060 Wednesday, October 1, 2025, 5:00PM The Historic Preservation Board of Park City, Utah, will hold its regular meeting in person at the Marsac Municipal Building, Council Chambers, at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060. Meetings will also be available online with options to listen, watch, or participate virtually. Click here for more information. REGULAR AGENDA Items Listed Below May Include Discussion, Public Hearing, and Action 405 Woodside Avenue - Material Deconstruction - The Applicant Proposes to Lift a Significant Historic Structure to Construct a New Foundation and Rear Addition in the Historic Residential -1 Zoning District. PL-25-06510 (A) Public Hearing; (B) Action Silver King Coalition Mine Stores Building - Material Deconstruction - The Applicant Proposes Deconstructing the Stores Building, a Significant Historic Site, and Salvaging Materials to be Used for Restoring the Main Mine Building. PL-25-06665 (A) Public Hearing; (B) Action 180 Daly Avenue - Historic District Design Review Modification - The Applicant Requests a Modification to the Historic Preservation Board Material Deconstruction Final Action Letter for Additional Windows That Were Constructed on the Historic Structure.
