of Southwestern Special Service District Meeting held on Thursday July 31, 2025, 7:00pm at the Winchester Hills Fires Station, Winchester Hills, Utah l. Call to Order A. Invocation: Kathy Farnsworth B. Pledge of Allegiance: Darryl Fisk C. Attendance: Ferris Emery, Cheryl Christensen, Don Ruesch, Kathy Farnsworth, Rich Kelly, Cheif Christensen, Darryl Fisk (Volunteer) II. Public Comments No Public in attendance III. Reports A. Fire Cheif's report: Pine Valley report from Darryl Fisk, few calls. B. Approve May 2025 minutes: Rich made a motion to approve the May & June 2025 minutes, Don 2nd that motion approved unianimously. IV. Approval of Financial reports A. Rich, financial reports: Don made a motion to approve the May and June 2025 financial reports, Cheryl 2nd that motion approved unanimously. B. Bills: Tatum 2 months, PEHP insurance, auto liability, Utilities. Cheryl made a motion to pay all bills discuseed, Don 2nd the motion apporoved unanimously. C. Deposits: $200.00 rent, impact fee, taxes for May and June VI. Business: September meeting resolution to surrend election, propose to schedule a meeting every month. ID card for firefighters to recieve discounts, Ice machine donated to fire station. Don made a motion to adjourn, Cheryl 2nd that motion approved uniamiously Next scheduled meeting September18, 2025 at 7:00 pm
