Description/Agenda

In accordance with Orem City's Citizen Participation Plan and the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), the following notice is to provide the public an opportunity to comment on the submission of the FY2024 CDBG Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER reports on the activities accomplished July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025. Please be advised that effective Friday, September 12, 2025, a draft copy of the Orem City CAPER will be available for review and public comments at the Mountainland Association of Governments website, www.magutah.gov. Comments will be accepted during the public comment period, from September 16, 2025 through October 1, 2025 by postal mail: 586 E 800 N, Orem, UT 84097; by telephone: (801) 547-7594; by fax: (801) 229-3801; or by E-mail: tdraney@magutah.gov. The public is also invited to attend a public meeting. The meeting will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 5:00 pm. The public meeting will be held at the MAG office at 586 E 800 N, Orem, UT 84097.
