- NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SOUTH DAVIS METRO FIRE SERVICE AREA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the South Davis Metro Fire Service Area will hold a Board Meeting, Monday, September 15th @ 5:00 p.m. 255 South 100 West, Bountiful, Utah 84010 - Station 81 BOARD MEETING A G E N D A CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND WELCOME OF VISITORS Presentation of Life Saving Efforts Fastback Moto - Chief Stewart Consideration of August 2025 minutes Consideration of August Financial Statements - Ms. Hardy Consider Approval of August Disbursements - Ms. Hardy Consideration of Approval Mobile Command MOU - Chief Stewart Consideration of Shower Surround Project ST82 (701 Eaglewood Dr.) Consideration of Unexpected Shower Project ST84 (1995 Bountiful Blvd.) Operational Report-Out -DC Larsen Fire Chief Report - Chief Stewart Chairman Report On Thursday September 11th 3 p.m. a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in an inconspicuous view by the Secretary to the Board in the areas reserved for such posting of public notices by the member agencies. This notice is also posted on the Public Notice Website and the district's website (www.sdmetrofire.gov). Times are approximate and the order of agenda items is subject to change except for matters that are designated for a certain time. Motions relating to any of the foregoing agenda items, including final action, may be taken at the meeting. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Agency will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling 801-677- 2400 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended. *AS NEEDED* Closed meeting to discuss the acquisition or sale of real property, pending litigation and/or to discuss the character and/or competency of an individual(s) (Utah Code ยง52-4-205).
