CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT ELECTION NOTICE Johnson Water Improvement District (JWID) Board of Trustees hereby notifies all registered voters/residents of JWID that the 2025 Special Service District Election has been cancelled pursuant to 20A-1-206 of the Utah Code due to the number of candidates not exceeding the number of open positions. The JWID Board of Trustees will pass Resolution #25-1 on September 18, 2025, at the board meeting held once a month to cancel the 2025 Special Service District Election and hereby certifies that: - There are no district ballot propositions for the local election; - Each district candidate is unopposed; - Each district candidate is considered to be elected to office; - The resolution is passed more than 20 days before the day of the scheduled election.
