NIBLEY CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Ordinance:
Resolution 25-30-- Amending the Nibley City Fiscal Year 25/26 budget to include the purchase of software for the purpose of Code Enforcement and Asset Management. Funds for the expenses are proposed to be taken from reserve accounts from the Stormwater, Sewer, Water Departments, and a reduction in the amount of money that is transferred from the General Fund to the Capital Projects Fund
When: September 25, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley, Utah
A full report will be posted on the Nibley City website by September 23, 2025, as part of the City Council's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website. Applicants or interested parties should submit written or emailed comments no later than 5:00 PM MDT on the Wednesday prior to the meeting to allow the Council adequate time for review and consideration. Comments should be submitted either by mail to Nibley City or email to cherylb@nibleycity.gov.If applicants or interested parties would like to comment after this time, please submit your comments during the public hearing at the meeting.
