NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request for a Planned Development Amendment to the Tonaquint Center PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone. The applicant is proposing a day spa on the .89 acre lot. This property is located at 1664 W Dixie Drive (Dixie Commons, Lot 6). The applicant is Rosenberg Associates, and the representative is Jared Bates. The project will be known as St. George Day Spa.
