NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request for an amendment to the Entrada Master Plan PD (Planned Development). The application is a request to add a residential unit to the Entrada Master Plan. The applicant is Rosenberg Associates, and the representative is Jared Bates. The project will be known as Anasazi Hills Phase 4. Case No. 2025-PDA-025.
