ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Washington City Located in Washington City, Utah Washington City Landfill Road, Roadway Improvements General Notice Washington City is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Washington City Landfill Road, Roadway Improvements 4653-24 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Public Works office located at [1305 E Washington Dam Rd, Washington UT 84780 where Bids will be received], until [October 02, 2025] at [2:00 PM for receipt of Bids] local time. At that time the Bids received will be privately opened. The Project includes the following Work: The City of Washington is seeking bids from qualified contractors for roadway improvements along Landfill Road. The project involves repaving approximately 7,010 linear feet (233,110 square feet) of roadway, including soft spot repair of approximately 16,000 square feet. Improvements will consist of placing 3 inches of new asphalt over the existing roadway, with shoulders on each side. Work will require preparation of the existing asphalt surface, installation of geomembrane fabric where specified, and proper grading to ensure long-term roadway stability and drainage. Interested bidders must demonstrate experience in roadway paving, resurfacing, and traffic control. Sealed bids must be submitted by the specified deadline as outlined in the bid documents. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
