- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Ogden Valley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 23, 2025. The meeting will begin at 5:00 PM and will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah. The hearing is intended to receive public comment regarding an application for a development agreement that will preserve transferable development rights on the subject property, said rights to be later sold to other properties as may be allowed by ordinance. Copies of the proposal may be reviewed online at https://frontier.co.weber.ut.us/p/Project/Index/23518 or in the Weber County Planning Division Office, located in Suite #240 of the Weber Center.
