- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Ogden Valley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 23, 2025. The meeting will begin at 5:00 PM and will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah. The hearing is intended to receive public comment regarding an application for a zoning map amendment to rezone approximately 6 acres in the Nordic Valley area from the Forest Valley (FV-3) zone to the Form Based (FB) zone. Such rezone would apply the Form-Based zone's Small Lot Residential (SLR) street type to the property.
