Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING FOR HELPER CITY CODE 18.90.090 CONFINEMENT AND KEEPING OF LIVESTOCK The Helper City Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive input on Helper City Code 18.90.090 Confinement and Keeping of Livestock. The hearing will be in regard to the consideration of allowing roosters within city limits. The Public Hearing will be held Thursday, October 2, 2025 at approximately 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at 19 South Main Street Helper, Utah.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Helper will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling 472-5391 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS. THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS SHALL SERVE AS THE ANCHOR LOCATION. MEMBERS OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.
