- A public hearing will be held by the West Bountiful Planning Commission on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025, at the city offices, 550 N 800 West, beginning at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on a proposed code amendment that would permit the construction of structures on recorded easements under certain conditions. All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting.
