- Notice is hereby given that the Springdale Town Council, in its regular meeting of September 10, 2025, passed the following ordinance: 1. ORDINANCE 2025-16: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2025-07, PROHIBITING OPEN FIRES AND THE DISCHARGE OF FIREWORKS IN THE TOWN OF SPRINGDALE DURING THE 2025 FIRE SEASON Said Ordinances shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice website. A copy of the Ordinance is attached and may also be seen at the office of the Town Clerk, 118 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, Utah.
