Description/Agenda: Public Notice to Elwood Town Citizens We would like to invite you to the open house SEPT 23,2025 at 7:00 at the Elwood Town Hall 5235 w. 8800 n. The Elwood Planning Commission is launching a community-wide zoning alignment initiative to ensure our town's zoning map reflects the actual land uses and values that make Elwood a great place to live. The goal of this initiative is to rezone Elwood properties to their actual legal use. From residential to R-1-20 (minimum 1/2 acre lot size), R-1-40 (minimum1 acre lot size), agricultural or other appropriate designations. Property owners: help us update zoning to reflect real use.
