CITY OF WEST JORDAN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan City Council on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 7:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following:
- Ordinance No. 25-43 Amending the General Plan to Create a 'Corridor' Land Use
- Ordinance No. 25-44 Amending the Future Land Use Map to Apply the 'Corridor' Designation to Approximately 56 Acres of Land Along Redwood Road
- Ordinance No. 25-45 Petition from Ivory Development/Rodd Dinsdale for a Sub-Area 2 Development Plan for Dry Creek Highlands located at approximately 9000 South 6400 West
- Ordinance No. 25-46 Amending City Code Section 14-5-5 C (2) Regarding Traffic Calming Devices for New Residential Development
- Ordinance No. 25-47 Adopting the Traffic Calming Manual and standard design drawings for New Developments as Public Improvement Standards
