PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold its Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. and regular meeting on September 11, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth.

Agenda will be as follows:
1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell
2. Open Public Hearing
3. Accept Public Comments
4. Mid-Year City Council Vacancy Interviews and Voting.
5. Discuss Resolution 2025-12- A Resolution Adopting the Emery County Emergency Operations Plan as the Official Emergency Operations Plan for Orangeville City.
6. Close Public Hearing and Open Regular Session

8. Approve/Deny- water connection for Margene Luke at approx. 310 West SR-29.
9. Approve/Deny- Business License for Amanda and Kaitlynn Lake- Sage and Twine Online Boutique.
10. Approve/Deny- Business License for Jordan Hussy- JH Haul-A-Way Dump Trailer Rental.
11. Approve/Deny- Business License for Meran Kay- MKAY Properties Short Term Rental.
12. Ratify
- Reimburse Dani Tuttle for maps in the amount of $9.50.
- Reimburse Tracy Addley for DOT physical in the amount of $100.00.
- Cemetery Survey Updates to Cemetery Maps in the amount of $5,544.00
