- The City of West Jordan has prepared its annual performance report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on the uses and results of its funding for fiscal year July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. In this program year, the City of West Jordan received $512,840 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). It also carried forward prior year's funding for multi-year infrastructure improvement projects, as well as programming $162,090 in Revolving Loan Funds. The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) will be available for public review and comment for 15 days, from September 12, 2025 - September 27, 2025. This report reviews the progress that has been made in carrying out the fifth year of the 2020- 2024 Consolidated Plan and 2024 Action Plan. The report contains: 1. Summary of projected accomplishments compared to actual performance; 2. The status of actions taken during the year to fully implement the overall strategy defined in West Jordan's Five-Year Consolidated Plan, the 2024 Action Plan; and 3. A self-evaluation of progress made during the last year in addressing identified priority needs and objectives. The CAPER will be available online on the City's website at https://www.westjordan.utah.gov/community-development/grants/. A hard copy will be available during regular business hours in the Community Development Department of West Jordan, Utah (8000 South Redwood Road - 2nd floor of City Hall) from September 12, 2025 - September 27, 2025. The CAPER will be submitted to HUD on September 27, 2025. Written citizen comments will be accepted from September 12, 2025 - September 27, 2025.
