Grantsville City - 2025 Municipal General Election
Pursuant to Utah Code ยง 20A-9-207, notice is hereby given that Michael L. Tate, a declared candidate for City Council the Grantsville City Municipal General Election scheduled for November 4, 2025, has officially withdrawn as a candidate.
Votes cast for Michael L. Tate will not be counted, regardless of whether his name appears on the ballot.
Date of withdrawal notice received by the election officer: 09/10/2025
Opposing candidates were notified within two business days of receipt of this notice.
This notice is posted on the Grantsville City public website in accordance with state law.
