- RIVERDALE CITY COUNCIL CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Michelle Marigoni, City Recorder for the City of Riverdale, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Riverdale City Council meetings the following Resolution(s) and/or Ordinance(s) were adopted: - Resolution 2025-26 awarded a bid for 2025 streets project - Resolution 2025-27 approved an agreement for a comprehensive development code update - Resolution 2025-28 approved an agreement for towing services - Resolution 2025-29 created a policy regarding city-sponsored events - Resolution 2025-30 updated Riverdale personnel policy - Resolution 2025-31 certified the primary canvass report - Ordinance 996 amended RCC 4-10 regarding nuisances - Ordinance 997 amended RCC 10-10A-3(G) regarding retail smoke shops I further certify that the above referenced resolution(s) and/or ordinance(s) were posted on September 9, 2025, in accordance with Utah Municipal Code 10-3-711 as a class A notice under section 63G-28-102. ____________________________________ Michelle Marigoni City Recorder All Resolution(s) and Ordinance(s) are posted for 30 consecutive days.
