Amalga Planning and Zoning Minutes September 3, 2025 7:00 PM 6590 N 2400 W Amalga, Utah Visitors: Mayor David Wood, Sid Munk Commission Members: Kelly Noble, LeAnn Campbell, April Hansen, Members Dave Lee, Secretary/Town Board 1. Roll Call 2. Minutes of August 20, 2025. Motion to Approve with a correction on item 3. Spelling of April Hansen-Kelly Noble Second-LeAnn Campbell Motion Carried 3. Zoning Application for restoring a shed at the Munk Farm at 2598 W 5900 N. This is a restoration of an old shed. Footprint of the building will be the same as the old one. Motion to Approve-LeAnn Campbell Second-Kelly Noble Motion Carried 4. Discussion on the Falslev property situation. Secretary Dave Lee will prepare Notice of Violation to be sent to K&G Properties at 4490 N 3800 W, Benson, Utah. Copy will be sent to all Commission Members and to Seth Tait, Town Attorney, for review before mailing. Motion to Adjourn-April Hansen Second-Kelly Noble Motion Carried Meeting Adjourned at 7:43 PM *MINUTES ARE NOT OFFICIAL UNTIL APPROVED*
