Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.)

6. EXPENDITURES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the warrants and cash disbursements for June and July 2025.
7. BUSINESS
a. Sue Peterson to discuss the Wreaths Across America program to place wreaths on the graves of veterans in the Richfield Cemetery.
b. Neighbors on Indian Hills Drive to discuss the location of a group home at 888 North Indian Hills Drive.
c. Planning Commission Report
d. Jared Barton and Devan Wilson to discuss funding for the 1800 South bike path project.
e. Micklane Farmer to discuss a software program, Vialitics, and the cost associated with the continued use by the City.
f. Consider a request by Corey Winkel for the City to purchase a right-of-way for a future roadway.
