'The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) is hosting a public meeting for the Legacy Parkway Study on Sept. 24, 2025, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Foxboro Elementary School in North Salt Lake. Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting and provide comments. The public meeting will be held in an open house format. No formal presentation is planned. Information provided at the meeting will include the Purpose and Need for the study, SES process, environmental resources considered, and details of the Preferred Alternative.
The draft SES will be available at publicinput.com/legacyparkwaystudy beginning Sept. 10, 2025.
Public comments on the draft SES can be submitted from Sept. 10 through Oct. 10, 2025, using the following methods:

Other Information
As part of a comprehensive effort to meet travel demand through the year 2050, UDOT has launched a State Environmental Study (SES) to evaluate adding a lane to Legacy Parkway in each direction between Farmington and I-215.
