- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Unified Police Department (UPD) will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as practical, at the UPD offices located at Millcreek City Hall at 1330 E. Chambers Ave., Millcreek, Utah, 84106. The purpose of the public hearing is: AMENDMENTS TO THE UPD 2025-2026 FY BUDGET Public hearing to receive public input on the proposed UPD 2025-2026 Budget Amendments. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and make comments.
