Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING BIG WATER MUNICIPAL CORPORATION Notice is hereby given that the Big Water Municipal Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on September 22, 2025, at 6 PM in Big Water Town Hall Council Chambers, 60 Aaron Burr, Big Water, UT The purpose of the meeting is to consider and act upon the following: 1. Costa Application - Request for a variance to reduce the required back yard setback from 20 feet to 10 feet for construction of an accessory structure located at 1202 Freedom Way, Big Water, UT 2. Any other business that may properly come before the Board. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing and will be given a reasonable amount of time to be heard. Written comments may also be submitted in advance to Peggy Short, P & Z Clerk, at pshort@bigaterut.gov.
