NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with a regular session on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street. The City Council will receive public comments regarding the declaration of the following to be surplus: Parcel Number 34:727:0103 (a portion of the parcel) containing approximately 0.24 acres in the area of 825 South 900 West. It is in the Public Facilities zone and the current use is open ground. Parcel Number 34:694:0165 (a portion of the parcel) containing approximately 0.32 acres in the area of 825 South 900 West. It is in the Public Facilities zone and the current use is open ground. Parcel Number 34:694:0164 (a portion of the parcel) containing approximately 7.4 acres in the area of 825 South 900 West.
