2- Public Comment: Time for citizens to address Board on matters not on the agenda. Comments should be limited to matters within the jurisdiction of the Board. If your comment concerns item on agenda please address the Board after that item is open for public comment. Chair may limit the duration of each speaker to 3 minutes.

1-Update: YTD Financials. Need to increase rates or run out of funds in 2-3 years-Janet/Kay
2-Update: Current DEQ IPS Report
3-Update: Wiring for generator (125 points by 9/30/25 if not done) Submitted DEQ grant app $8k. Presented to DWB on 8/27/25-Received. CAP Extension needed/received - Janet
4-Update-ESSD Water Rights (300 ac ft permanent rights from San Juan Water Conservancy District). Deed and ROC apps and change app submitted. advertising period ended on August 20th. Then the 20 day protest period proceeded until September 9th, after that office will process the application by issuing a decision (Order of the State Engineer) either approving, rejecting or conditioning your application. Cost for new water rights app total= $335 -Janet
5-Update: 2023 Drinking Water Source Protection Plan approved by state. Next update due by 12/31/2028-Janet
6- Discussion: Meters status and updates (fixes, reading, and routing and other)-Nancy/Nate
7- Update: Asset and Investment Survey-Janet

8-Discusion/Vote: Increase water rates and why. Recommended monthly increases (+$5/household OM, +$10/household base rate, double overage rates, increase quarter machine).-Janet
9- Discussion/Vote: Update on Alysen Tarrant. Process to pursue seeking water from Colorado and should we do so? (liquid not paper) -Gary Crowley/Kay
