AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING
SYNOPSIS OF OGDEN CITY ORDINANCE
I, Jason Gould, the duly appointed Deputy City Recorder, in and for the City of Ogden, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify the Ogden City Council at its September 2, 2025, meeting adopted the following:
ORDINANCE NO. 2025-28: AN ORDINANCE OF OGDEN CITY, UTAH, RECOGNIZING REVENUES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS TOTALING $3,342,875. PROPOSED REVENUES COME FROM FUND BALANCE, A STATE GRANT FOR STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, A STATE HOMELESS MITIGATION GRANT FOR EQUIPMENT PURCHASE AND STATE HOMELESS MITIGATION GRANT FOR PUBLIC SAFETY WAGES AND OTHER DIRECT COSTS. RECOMMENDED APPROPRIATIONS WILL FUND A PROPERTY PURCHASE, POLICE VEHICLE PURCHASES, STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, AND PUBLIC SAFETY WAGES AND OPERATIONAL COSTS.
Copies of all ordinances in their entirety are available for review in the Ogden City Recorder's Office located on the second floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard #210 during regular business hours.
The undersigned, duly appointed Deputy City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice was posted in accordance with Utah State law on this 5th day of September 2025.
