- NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday September 16, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the following: - Consideration for a Project Master Plan (PMP and Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) for a proposed residential subdivision consisting of 168 units on approximately 19 acres of property at approximately 1700 North Main Street (between Main Street and Highway 89) for applicant Boyer Company. The complete public notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, the Farmington City Website; farmington.utah.gov, and at Farmington City Hall.
