NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Woodland Hills Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on September 17, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, UT 85653. to accept comments on the following:
- Amending City Code 8-5-1 Water Requirements and Policies:
The purpose of the amendment to Woodland Hills City Code Title 8-5-1 is to clarify the city's water dedication requirements. Specifically, it defines the types of water rights and shares that are acceptable for dedication, outlines the procedures for transferring those rights to the city, and establishes conditions under which the city may accept a fee in lieu of water dedication. The ordinance ensures all water dedicated for new development is legally transferable, suitable for municipal use, and properly recorded, while also allowing for water banking and credit systems to manage future development needs.
- Amending City Code 10.18.1 and 10.19 Accessory Dwelling Units and Accessory Apartments:
The proposed amendment would clarify and specify the requirements for both internal and external accessory dwelling units.
- Consideration of a Development Agreement between Woodland Hills City & Treehouse Park LLC (Three Bridges Development) related to property near 11200 South Woodland Hills Drive
