Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Juab County Commission Chambers, 160 N Main, Nephi, UT. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on an update to the Juab County Land Use Code Subdivision Ordinance. This update will bring the ordinance into compliance with the current Utah State Code requirements. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available to review in the IT/Planning office in the Juab County Building, 160 N Main, Nephi.
