Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Blanding City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on September 23rd, 2025 at 7:00 pm in the Blanding City Council Chambers, 50 West 100 South, Blanding, Utah, to hear comments about a proposed zone change. San Juan County has submitted an application to the City of Blanding requesting a zoning change for their lot located North of 818 N 400 W, Blanding, UT 84511. The request is to rezone this property from R-1 (Residential) to R-2 (Residential-2). The purpose of this change is to allow for the construction of a Children's Justice Center.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the ADA, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting may call the City Offices at (435) 678-2791 at least twenty-four hours in advance. Every effort will be made to provide the appropriate services.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: One or more Council Members may partcipate electronically.
