PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weber Area Council of Governments will hold a regular meeting commencing at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, September 8, 2025, in the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd, Room #105 (Breakout Room), Ogden, Utah. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Russ Porter B. Pledge of Allegiance - Mayor Mitchell C. Invocation - Mayor Allen D. Public Comments- (3 minutes each) E. Consent- Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on August 4, 2025. F. Non-Action Items- 1. HAFB Update 2. Utah Transit Authority Update Presenter: Beth Holbrook, UTA Trustee 3. WFRC Funding Opportunities for the Local Governments Presenter: Ben Wuthrich and Marcia White, WFRC G.
