1. Review and possibly approve the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of August 12, 2025
2. Gregory Chad Marsing has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to use his property as a short-term rental. The property is located at 26 South and 200 West and is zoned R-1-7 and it falls within the Transient Rental Overlay District (TROD).
a. Discussion of the proposed conditional Use permit
b. Possible recommendation to the City Council
3. Amendment of Midway City Code Chapter 16 that will require a Heber Valley Special Service District 'Will Serve' letter for master plans, standard subdivisions, planned unit developments, small-scale subdivisions, rural preservation subdivisions, and density reduction subdivisions.
a. Discussion of the proposed code text amendment
b. Public Hearing
c. Possible recommendation to the City Council
