ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR FY26 STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECT Sealed Bids for the construction of the FY26 STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECT will be received electronically by Clearfield City, through Bonfire before the bid opening date and time. Prior to submitting a bid, the contractor must register as a vendor on Bonfire. Clearfield City is not responsible for vendor accounts or access to Bonfire. The Bidder is encouraged to allow sufficient time for the process when submitting bids. A public bid opening will be conducted but attending in person will not be possible. Bids will be received until 2:00 pm local time on September 18, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud via a live video stream to all participants. The Project consists of mill and fills on various streets; cape seal on various streets; slurry seal on various streets; and seal coat on City Hall Parking Lot. The project has an Engineer's Estimate of: Section A - Mill and Fill: $1,881,091; Section B - Cape Seal: $422,377.55; Section C - Slurry Seal: $212,409; Section D - City Hall Parking Lot: $51,817. Bids will be received for possible multiple contracts. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. All who are interested may participate in the bid opening electronically through Zoom Meeting either online: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88042946234 or by calling 1 253 215 8782 and entering Meeting ID # 880 4294 6234. No pre-bid conference will be held. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing via Bonfire no later than September 13, 2025. Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased online at www.jonescivil.com. Following registration, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office's website as portable document format (PDF) files. Upon request, a printed copy of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office for $40 per copy. Costs related to obtaining Bidding Documents are non-refundable. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
