The Board of Trustees of The Crossing Public Infrastructure District No. 1 ('Board') will meet in public session to hold its Board Meeting on September 8, 2025, at 3:00 PM. The meeting will be a hybrid meeting with an anchor location at 415 S. Main, Ephraim UT 84627. The public is welcome to attend the Board Meeting. a. PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE INPUT FROM THE PUBLIC WITH RESPECT TO (I) THE ISSUANCE OF THE CROSSING PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1'S TAX DIFFERENTIAL CONVERTIBLE CAPITAL APPRECIATION BONDS, SERIES 2025 (THE 'BONDS') AND (II) THE POTENTIAL ECONOMIC IMPACT THAT THE IMPROVEMENT, FACILITY OR PROPERTY FOR WHICH THE BONDS PAY ALL OR PART OF THE COST WILL HAVE ON THE PRIVATE SECTOR.
5. Potential closed session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation and/or other matters as permitted by Utah Code ยงยง 52-4-204 through 205 (if needed, motion and vote required to proceed).
