Form 401 Sunrise Engineering Invitation to Bid Contract Documents Page 1 of 1 Separate sealed bids for the construction of the Piute County EWP Improvements will be received at the Piute County Clerk's Office located at 550 N. Main, Junction, UT 84740. by mail or hand delivery from bidders. Bids must be received by 9:30 a.m. on October 14, 2025 . Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. on October 14, 2025 at 550 N. Main, Junction, UT 84740 . The work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and as shown on the DRAWINGS. The work generally includes but is not limited to the following: channel realignment, rip rap bank armoring, concrete low water crossing structures, concrete flood walls, drainage pipe, channel cleaning, earthen dike building, valve collars, and clearing & snagging on BLM land in the Deer Creek and Beaver Creek drainages. This project is funded by NRCS . Plans and specifications have been prepared by Sunrise Engineering, LLC, and will be available after September 5, 2025 on their website plan room at http://www.sunrise-eng.com. Click on 'Plan Room' at the top of the homepage. Bidders must register and sign-in and choose to become a plan holder to obtain access to CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and DRAWINGS. Notices regarding changes/amendments to the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and DRAWINGS will be sent to the e-mail address associated with the bidder's registration. Bidders are responsible to maintain current and correct contact information and check the plan room often to receive updates or additional documents/changes/amendments. Bids will NOT be accepted through the Sunrise Engineering website plan room. The ENGINEER for this Contract will be Sunrise Engineering, and they will be represented by Devan Shields , P.E. as Project Engineer. A pre-bid tour will be held on September 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., leaving from the Marysvale Town Community Center at 215 E. 100 N, Marysvale, UT 84750 . Attendance at the pre-bid tour is not required, but highly recommended. Names of those in attendance will be recorded. The deadline to submit questions about the BID, CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, and DRAWINGS will be October 2, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. An Addendum may be published thereafter to make clarifications to the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and DRAWINGS as required
