The following ordinances have been passed by the Clearfield City Council:
CLEARFIELD CITY ORDINANCE 2025-18
August 26, 2025
An ordinance enacting a temporary land use regulation pursuant to UCA §10-9A-504 regarding the Civic (CV) and Urban Mixed Residential (UR) zones within the Clearfield City Form Based Code.
CLEARFIELD CITY ORDINANCE 2025-19
August 26, 2025
An ordinance approving and adopting the final budget for Clearfield City for fiscal year 2026, beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026, and appropriating funds for the purposes set forth therein.
